Common use of Contractor’s Project Manager and other appropriate Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Project Manager and other appropriate Key Personnel. must attend weekly status meetings with the Department’s Project Manager and other members of the Department during the Project at times as mutually agreed upon in a Project management plan. These meetings will follow a preset agenda jointly prepared by Contractor’s Project Manager and the Department’s Project Manager but will also allow both Contractor and the Department to discuss other issues that may concern either party.
