Common use of CONTRACTOR’S RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT. A. The Contractor’s Right of Entry Agreement is attached to this Project Special Provision and incorporated in the contract for the above Project. B. The Right of Entry Agreement, includes without limitation, contract obligations for commercial general liability insurance, railroad protective liability insurance, flagging, and safety requirements. C. The Contractor shall not terminate the Right of Entry Agreement as permitted in Article 6 without first obtaining the Secretary’s permission to terminate the Right of Entry Agreement. D. UPRR may enforce any and all rights given to UPRR in the Right of Entry Agreement.
