RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time in case of emergency or suspected abandonment. OWNER shall give 24 hours advance notice and may enter for the purpose of showing the premises during normal business hours to prospective renters, buyers, lenders, for smoke alarm inspections, and/or for normal inspections and repairs. OWNER is permitted to make all alterations, repairs and maintenance that in OWNER'S judgment is necessary to perform.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. Show Management, in its absolute discretion, shall have the right at any time to enter the leased area occupied by Exhibitor or otherwise inspect Exhibitor’s material.

If the work performed requires that RESIDENT temporarily vacate the unit, then RESIDENT shall vacate for this temporary period upon being served a 7-day notice by OWNER. RESIDENT agrees that in such event RESIDENT will be solely compensated by a corresponding reduction in the rent for those many days that RESIDENT was temporarily displaced. No other compensation shall be due to the RESIDENT. If the work to be performed requires the cooperation of the RESIDENT to perform certain tasks, then RESIDENT shall perform those tasks upon receiving a 24-hour written notice. (EXAMPLE: removing food items from cabinets so that the unit may be sprayed for pests.) Upon 24 hours notice, RESIDENT hereby agrees to lend OWNER the keys to the premises for the purpose of having a duplicate made for OWNER’S use.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. The Owner may enter the real estate at any reasonable time for the purpose of consulting with the Operator, viewing the property, making repairs or improvements, or for other reasonable purposes that do not interfere with the Operator’s ability to carry out regular farming operations. Upon properly served notice of termination of the lease and permission of the Operator (provided that such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Owner reserves the right to enter the Real Estate and perform fall tillage, seeding, fertilizing or other customary seasonal operations after the Operator has completed the harvesting of crops.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. The Rental Company shall have the right to inspect the Equipment at any time during the rental term. Customer shall make any and all arrangements necessary to permit a qualified employee of the Rental Company access to the location and Equipment. If a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Company occurs, the Rental Company has the right to remove all of the Equipment without any liability to Customer, and without prejudice to the Rental Company‘s right to receive rent due or accrued to, including the date of removal of the Equipment.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. The Authority shall have the right to enter the Leased Property and inspect the Leased Property during reasonable business hours (and in emergencies at all times) for any purpose connected with the Authority’s rights or obligations hereunder and for all other lawful purposes.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION. MBA or its designees shall retain the absolute right, without limitation, to enter the leased area occupied by Exhibitor at any time and to inspect any material distributed or made available in the leased area at any time.

Resident agrees that Owner/Agent shall serve Resident with proper notice prior to entry at any reasonable time for purposes provided for in accordance with California Civil Code 1954 including, but not limited to, making repairs, to exhibit the unit to prospective or actual purchasers of the property, or to confirm surrender or abandonment of the unit. Owner/Agent shall have the right of entry without prior notice if entry is due to an emergency or abandonment.
