Contractor's Right To Terminate the Agreement. The Contractor may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Owner for any of the following reasons: a) if an order of any court or other public authority having jurisdiction, or any act of government caused the work to be stopped or suspended for a period of three months through no act or fault of the Contractor or Contractor's employees; or b) if the Owner should fail to pay the Contractor any undisputed sum within thirty days from the due date.
