Common use of Contractor’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Right to Terminate. The Contractor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Contract upon 30 days written notice to the Agency.

Contractor’s Right to Terminate. The Contractor mayshall have the right to terminate this Contractor Work Contract if, at its sole discretion, terminate this Contract upon 30 any time after thirty (30) days written notice notice, Owner fails to the Agencycomply with a material provision of this Contractor Work Contract. Any such termination shall be deemed to be a termination for Owner's convenience pursuant to Section 18(a) above.
