Contractor’s Services. a. Contractor shall perform all Services in accordance with the Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 411 Division 054 and all applicable county, state, and federal laws. b. Contractor shall notify the Contract Administrator and ODHS Designee within 10 days of any vacancy of Contractor’s licensed nurses or facility Administrator. Contractor shall provide the Contract Administrator with a plan of how the vacancy will be covered and process for filling the position. c. Contractor shall ensure that all Individuals served under this Contract meet the Target Group requirements. d.
