Contractor’s Staff. 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement.
2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.
Contractor’s Staff. 9.1 At all times, the Contractor shall ensure that:
9.1.1 each of the Contractor's Staff is suitably qualified, adequately trained and capable of providing the applicable Services in respect of which they are engaged;
9.1.2 there is an adequate number of Contractor's Staff to provide the Services properly;
9.1.3 only those people who are authorised by the Contractor are involved in providing the Services; and
9.1.4 all of the Contractor's Staff comply with all of the Authority's policies, rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for conduct when at or outside the Authority’s Premises.
9.2 The Authority may refuse to grant access to and remove any of the Contractor's Staff who do not comply with clause 9.1.4 or if they otherwise present a security threat or the Authority reasonably determines their presence to be undesirable.
9.3 The Contractor shall replace any of the Contractor's Staff who the Authority reasonably decides have failed to carry out their duties with reasonable skill and care. Following the removal of any of the Contractor's Staff for any reason, the Contractor shall ensure such person is replaced promptly with another person with the necessary training and skills to meet the requirements of the Services.
9.4 At the Authority’s written request, the Contractor shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request. The Contractor shall ensure at all times that it has the right to provide these records under Data Protection Legislation.
9.5 The Contractor shall comply with the Authority's procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority in respect of all persons employed or engaged in the provision of the Services. The Contractor confirms that all persons employed or engaged by the Contractor were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Authority's procedures for the vetting of personnel.
9.6 If the Contractor fails to comply with clause 9.4 within one Month of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Authority may terminate the Contract immediately by g...
Contractor’s Staff.
7.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Council enters into this agreement on the basis of the skills, reputation, qualifications, experience and knowledge of the Contractor’s Staff and that the Services must be performed only by the Contractor’s Staff.
7.2 The Contractor may request in writing that the Council approve further people as Contractor’s Staff.
7.3 The Council may, in its absolute discretion, give (conditionally or unconditionally) or withhold such approval.
7.4 The Contractor is responsible for the performance of the Services by Contractor’s Staff and will not be relieved of its obligations or liabilities under this agreement.
7.5 The Contractor is responsible for labour management and industrial relations in respect of the provision of the Services by the Contractor’s Staff.
7.5.1 The Council does not bear or accept any additional costs as a result of the impact of any industrial dispute on the performance of the Services.
7.5.2 In the event of an industrial dispute, the Contractor must take all reasonable steps to ensure the continuation of the Services without adverse impact on the Council.

Contractor’s Staff. Contractor warrants that its staff assigned to performing work under this Contract are legally able to perform such duties in the country where the work is being performed.
Contractor’s Staff. Contractor shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff, and competent staff at the Project site authorized to act on behalf of Contractor to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors and Contractor shall provide no less than those personnel during the respective phases of construction.
Contractor’s Staff. 46.1 The Commissioner reserves the right under this Agreement to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Commissioner:
(a) any member of the Staff; or
(b) any person employed or engaged by a sub-contractor, agent or servant of the Contractor whose admission or continued presence would be, in the opinion of the Commissioner, inappropriate.
46.2 If and when directed by the Commissioner, the Contractor shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who it is expected may require admission in connection with the Agreement to any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Commissioner, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Agreement and giving such other particulars as the Commissioner may reasonably require.
46.3 The Contractor’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of a Government establishment, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at that establishment and when outside that establishment.
46.4 The decision of the Commissioner as to whether any person is to be refused access to any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Commissioner shall be final and conclusive.
46.5 The Contractor shall procure that in respect of all potential Staff or persons engaged to deliver the Goods and/or services (pursuant to clauses 14 and 23), undertake training (pursuant to clause 19) or undertake installation work (pursuant to clauses 20 and 22) before the individual begins to attend any Commissioner premises.
46.6 The Contractor shall procure that no person who discloses any convictions, or who is found to have any convictions following the results of a vetting check, is employed or engaged by the Contractor or on the Contractor’s behalf without the Commissioner’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
46.7 The Contractor shall procure that the Commissioner is kept advised at all times of any member of Staff who, subsequent to his/her commencement of employment as a member of Staff, receives a conviction or whose previous convictions become known to the Contractor (or any employee of a sub-contractor involved in the provision of the Services).
Contractor’s Staff. 16.1. The Authority reserves the right under the Agreement to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority:
(a) any member of the Staff; or
(b) any person employed or engaged by a sub-contractor, agent or servant of the Contractor whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, undesirable.
16.2. If and when directed by the Authority, the Contractor shall provide a list of the names and addresses of all persons who it is expected may require admission in connection with theAgreement to any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Agreement and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably desire.
16.3. The Contractor’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of any of the Authority’s Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at that establishment and when outside that establishment.
16.4. The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority shall be final and conclusive.
16.5. The Contractor shall bear the cost of any notice, instruction or decision of the Authority under this clause.
Contractor’s Staff. 3.3.1 Access to the Premises shall be limited to such Staff and the Contractor’s Contractors as are necessary for the Contractor to fulfil its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall co-operate with others working on the Premises to such extent as the Authority may reasonably require.
3.3.2 The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises:-
(a) for any member of the Staff; or
(b) for any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, undesirable.
3.3.3 At the Authority’s written request, the Contractor shall provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request.
3.3.4 The Contractor’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside those premises.
3.3.5 If the Contractor fails to comply with Clause 3.3.3 within one (1) Month of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Authority may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the Authority.
3.3.6 The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Contractor has failed to comply with Clause 3.3.3 shall be final and conclusive.
Contractor’s Staff. The contractor shall employ, in and about the execution of works only such persons as are skilled and are experienced in their several trades and the Engineer shall be at liberty to object to and require the contractor to remove from the work any person, employed by the contractor in or about the execution of the works, who in the opinion of the Engineer misconducts himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties and such person shall not be again employed upon the works without permission of the Engineer.
