Contractor’s Terms and Conditions. for this Areawide Contract, means the additional terms, conditions, policies, procedures, payment terms and prices established by the Contractor for services subject to the oversight and regulation of the Commission that are not specifically set forth in the Contractor’s Tariffs and that may be modified, amended, or supplemented by the Contractor from time to time and approved by the Commission where required.
