Common use of Contractor’s Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Terms and Conditions. for this Areawide Contract, means the additional terms, conditions, policies, procedures, payment terms and prices established by the Contractor for services subject to the oversight and regulation of the Commission that are not specifically set forth in the Contractor’s Tariffs and that may be modified, amended, or supplemented by the Contractor from time to time and approved by the Commission where required.

Contractor’s Terms and Conditions. for this Areawide Contract, means the additional generic terms, conditions, policies, procedures, payment terms and prices established by the Contractor for those services subject to the oversight and regulation of the Commission that are not specifically set forth in the Contractor’s Tariffs provided pursuant to this Contract, and that as such, may be modified, amended, or supplemented by the Contractor from time to time and time, that are under the Commission’s jurisdiction, but are not required to be approved by the Commission where requiredCommissions and/or not specifically subject to Commission’s approval before they take effect. The definition of "Terms and Conditions" shall not include price-related matters or contract terms developed for specific Authorizations.
