Contractor’s Variation from Contract Document Requirements. If it is found that the Contractor has varied from the requirements of the Contract Documents including the requirement to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, the District Representative may at any time, before or after completion of the Work, order the improper Work removed, remade or replaced by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense.
