Common use of Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of the Lease or this Work Letter Agreement, Landlord hereby covenants and agrees to enforce all warranties and guaranties by Contractor relating to the Improvements and shall cause Tenant to be named a third-party beneficiary under the construction agreement with the Contractor.
