Cooperation by Tenant. If Landlord shall, in Landlord's sole discretion, elect to finance any proposed Capital Expenditure, or if Landlord is otherwise required to do so pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement and the Retained Obligations, Tenant shall provide Landlord with such information as Landlord may from time to time reasonably request.
Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant shall use its best, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with the Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process, and with Contractor for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2 of this Work Letter, as soon as possible after the execution of this First Amendment, and, in that regard, shall meet with Landlord on a scheduled basis to be determined by Landlord, to discuss Tenant’s progress in connection with the same. Tenant shall respond to Landlord’s requests for information and/or approvals within three (3) business days following request by Landlord (unless another period of time is expressly stated herein for such response by Tenant).
Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees to cooperate, at its expense, with Landlord to promptly execute and deliver to Landlord any and all modifications, amendments, and replacements of the Letter of Credit, as Landlord may reasonably request to carry out the terms and conditions of Section 7.2.
Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant acknowledges that the timing of the completion of the Approved Work Drawings and the Tenant Improvements is of the utmost importance to Landlord. Accordingly, Tenant hereby agrees to fully and diligently cooperate with all reasonable requests by Landlord in connection with or related to the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, and in connection therewith, shall respond to Landlord’s requests for information and/or approvals, except as specifically set forth herein to the contrary, within two (2) business days following request by Landlord. Cooperation by Tenant. Upon request of Landlord or any purchaser or mortgagee of the Building, Tenant shall, at its expense, cooperate with Landlord in obtaining an amendment to or replacement of any Lease Bond that Landlord is then holding so that the amended or new Lease Bond reflects the name of the new owner of the Building or mortgagee, as the case may be.
Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant shall cooperate fully and faithfully with any investigation, audit or inquiry conducted by any Governmental Authority that is empowered directly or by designation to compel the attendance of witnesses and to examine witnesses under oath, or conducted by the Inspector General of a Governmental Authority that is a party in interest to the transaction, submitted bid, submitted proposal, contract, lease, permit, or license that is the subject of the investigation, audit or inquiry. Cooperation by Tenant. Tenant, at no additional cost, shall at all times cooperate fully with Landlord and abide by all the Building regulations and requirements which Landlord may prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of its ventilating, heating and air conditioning system and shall keep operable peripheral windows (if any) closed to keep direct sunlight from entering the Premises.
