Common use of Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Warranties and Guaranties. Landlord hereby agrees to obtain industry standard warranties from the Contractor and all subcontractors and assigns to Tenant all warranties and guaranties by Contractor relating to the Tenant Improvements, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord relating to, or arising out of the construction of, the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will assist Tenant in enforcing all warranties against the applicable parties.
