CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY AGAINST AN UNRESOLVED FINDING FOR RECOVERY. The Contractor warrants that the Contractor is not subject to an unresolved finding for recovery pursuant to Section 9.24 of the Ohio Revised Code. If the warranty is false on the date the parties signed this Agreement, the Agreement is void ab initio and the Contractor shall immediately repay any funds paid under this Agreement.
