CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY AGAINST AN UNRESOLVED FINDING FOR RECOVERY. Contractor warrants that it is not subject to an unresolved finding for recovery under O.R.C. Section 9.24. If the warranty was false on the date the parties signed this Contract, the Contract is void ab initio.
