Contractors Work. 4.1. All written documents, drawings, and plans submitted by Contractor in conjunction with the Work shall bear the signature, stamp, or initials of Contractor’s authorized Project Manager. Any documents submitted by Contractor that do not bear the signature, stamp, or initials of Contractor’s authorized Project Manager, will not be relied upon by the City. Interpretation of plans and answers to questions regarding the Work given by Xxxxxxxxxx’s Project Manager may be verbal or in writing, and may be relied upon by the City, whether given verbally or in writing. If requested by the City to be in writing, Contractor’s Project Manager will provide such written documentation. 4.2. The existence of this Contract between the City and Contractor shall not be construed as the City’s promise or assurance that Contractor will be retained for future services beyond the Work described herein. 4.3. Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information that is exempt from disclosure under state or federal law to which Contractor may have access by reason of this Contract. Contractor warrants that Contractor’s employees assigned to perform any of the Work provided in this Contract shall be clearly instructed to maintain this confidentiality. All agreements with respect to confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of this Contract.
