Common use of Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City. Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City. Within thirty days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice. The City shall make payments on a cost reimbursement basis to the Contractor for services and activities described in Attachment A pursuant to, and consistent with, the budgeted line-items provided for in Attachment B. The City shall not be obligated to pay the Contractor any payments, fees, expenses, or compensation other than those authorized by this section. The total dollar amount to be paid under this contract by the City to the Contractor shall not exceed $77,685 renewable annually for up to two additional years based on performance and funding availability.
