Forms 1) Nationwide, in consultation with NISC, is responsible for the design and printing of adequate supplies of Product applications, contracts, related forms, and such service forms as the parties agree are necessary. 2) Nationwide is responsible for supplying adequate quantities of all such forms to the Agents.
