Contracts for. Repayment of Electronic Money with the payment of money to the Client's bank account shall be carried out on the following terms and in the manner of: (i) the Application shall be filled out by the Client in electronic form and processed by the Bank within 3 (three) business days from the date of filling out and sending the Application to the Bank through the interface of the personal account; (ii) a fee shall be paid for the processing of the Application for non-cash withdrawal with transfer to the Client's bank account in accordance with the Bank's Tariffs, which shall be deducted from the amount presented for repayment; (iii) the repayment of E-Money upon application shall be made within 3 (three) business days from the date of its processing by the Bank; (iiii) The customer must be identified.

Contracts for. (a) civil works, except as provided in paragraph 3 hereof; (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $25,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $250,000, up to an aggregate amount to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan not exceeding the equivalent of $11,000,000; and (c) activity and services under Part B.3 of the Project, may be awarded in accordance with competitive bidding procedures locally advertised, satisfactory to the Bank.
Contracts for. (i) goods (other than drugs) estimated to cost less than US$200,000 equivalent each, provided that the aggregate of such procurement does not exceed $1.1 million, and (ii) small size civil works for rehabilitation/improvement, provided that the aggregate of such procurement does not exceed $0.8 million, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of competitive bidding, advertised locally, in accordance with procedures satisfac- tory to the Association.

Review of invitations to bid and of proposed awards and final contracts: (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods to be awarded under Part A hereof estimated to cost the equivalent of $350,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods to be awarded under Part C.1 hereof estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (iii) the first two (2) contracts for goods to be awarded under Part C.1 hereof, regardless of the price; (iv) each contract for works to be awarded under Part C.1 hereof estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,500,000 or more; and (v) the first three (3) contracts for works for the execution of Part B.1 of the Project, regardless of the price, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. Where payments for such contracts are to be made out of the Special Account, such procedures shall be modified to ensure that the two conformed copies of the contracts required to be furnished to the Bank pursuant to said paragraph 2 (d) shall be furnished to the Bank prior to the making of the first payment out of the Special Account in respect of such contract. (b) With respect to each contract for works to be awarded under Part C.1 hereof estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (b), 2 (c), 2 (d) and 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. Beginning and ending dates that coincide with the dates of the Contract. j. ensure and be responsible for the performance of the subcontractor(s). k. not contract with a subcontractor, at any tier, that is debarred, suspended, or excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs or if the subcontractor would be otherwise ineligible to abide by the terms of this Contract.
