Contracts Not to be Evidenced by Promissory Notes. The Issuer will take no action to cause any Contract not originally evidenced by an instrument as described in Section 2.06 hereof, to be evidenced by an instrument (as defined in the UCC), except in connection with the enforcement or collection of such Contract.
