Common use of Contracts or Restrictions Clause in Contracts

In Borrower's opinion, Borrower and the Related Entities are not a party to any agreement or instrument or subject to any partnership agreement or limited liability company or corporate restrictions adversely affecting its business, properties or assets, operations or condition (financial or otherwise) other than this Loan Agreement, other bank loan or property partnership agreements that contain certain restrictive covenants or other agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business.
