Contracts; Real Property Leases; Equipment; Certain Materials. (a) Seller has made available to Purchaser true and correct copies of each of the contracts identified on Schedule 1. Each contract identified on Schedule 1 is valid and in full force and effect. Neither Seller nor Subsidiary is in material breach of any contract identified on Schedule 1, and, to Seller’s knowledge, no other party to any such contract is in material breach of such contract.
