All contracts relating to the acquisition or ownership of the Purchased Assets or the operation of the Business, including, without limitation, the Contracts listed on SCHEDULE 2.1.4 and the Resident's Agreements listed on SCHEDULE 1.67A HERETO, to the extent such Contracts are transferrable to Purchaser;
