Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Copies of all recorded documents listed as exceptions to title or otherwise referred to in the Closing Date Mortgage Policies;
Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Copies of all recorded documents listed as exceptions to title or otherwise referred to in the Effective Date Mortgage Policies or in the title reports delivered pursuant to Section 5.1(f)(vii); and
Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Copies of all recorded documents listed as exceptions to title or otherwise referred to in the Term Loan Real Estate Mortgage Policy or in the title reports delivered pursuant to subsection 4.4A(iv);
Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Copies of all recorded documents listed as exceptions to title or otherwise referred to in the title commitments delivered pursuant to subsection 4.1M(iii); and
Copies of Documents Relating to Title Exceptions. Within forty-five (45) Days of the Closing Date, the Collateral Agent shall have received copies of all recorded documents listed as exceptions to title or otherwise referred to in the Mortgage Policies or in the title reports delivered pursuant to Section 4.1(i) above;
