Common use of Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 Clause in Contracts

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement, save that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 shall apply in favor of the Trustee to Clauses 6.1, 10 and 16.

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. 18.1. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right shall not have any rights under or in connection with it by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 Act 1999. 18.2.
