Common use of Contracts, Vouchers and Receipts Clause in Contracts

Contracts, Vouchers and Receipts. (a) Borrower shall furnish to Lender, promptly on demand, any contracts, subcontracts, sub- subcontractors, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or other agreements relating to the development of the Land or the Construction of the Improvements, including any such items pursuant to which Borrower has any claim of title to any materials, fixtures or other articles delivered or to be delivered to the Land or incorporated or to be incorporated into the Improvements. Borrower shall furnish to Lender, promptly on demand, a verified written statement, in such form and detail as Lender may require, setting forth the names and addresses of all contractors, subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and suppliers furnishing labor or materials in the development of the Land or the construction of the Improvements and showing all amounts paid for labor and materials and all items of labor and materials furnished or to be furnished for which payment has not been made and the amounts to be paid therefor.
