Contracts with Consultants. Upon demand of the Owner, the Design Professional shall furnish the Owner a copy of each contract between the Design Professional and its consultants, and such contracts must indicate (i) completely, definitely and clearly the Construction Contract Administration services to be performed by the consultants, and (ii) bind the consultant to the terms of this Contract which apply to the services of the consultants.
Contracts with Consultants. The Company has entered into contracts with each of the consultants listed in the attachment to Item 1 of Section 3.19 of this Disclosure Schedule. Some of the consultants listed in such attachment are no longer engaged by the Company and the Company considers its contracts with those consultants to be inactive. The Company has also entered into agreements with consultants who have not consulted for the Company within the past three years. These agreements are not listed on this Disclosure Schedule.
