Common use of Contractual Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Contractual Liability Insurance. Tenant agrees to keep and maintain as part of the coverage of its policy(ies) of liability insurance contractual liability coverage or a contractual liability endorsement covering Tenant's liability to Landlord for bodily injury or damage to property of others, in the same limits required by subsection 17.2.

Contractual Liability Insurance. Tenant agrees to keep and maintain throughout the Term as part of the coverage of its policy(ies) of liability insurance contractual liability coverage or a contractual liability endorsement covering Tenant's liability to Landlord for bodily injury or damage to property of othersothers under subsection (h), in the same limits required by subsection 17.2(a).
