Common use of Contractual Notice Clause in Contracts

Contractual Notice. THE SECOND PARAGRAPH IS CHANGED TO: Immediately provide written notice to the RE of a circumstance that is believed to be a change to the Contract. If notice is not provided on Contractual Notice (Form DC-161), include the following in the initial written notice: 1. A statement that this is a notice of a change. 2. The date when the circumstances believed to be a change were discovered. 3. A detailed and specific statement describing the nature and circumstances of the change. 4. If the change will or could affect costs to the Department. 5. If the change will or could affect Contract Time as specified in 108.11.01.
