CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The Parties understand and agree that all terms of this Agreement are contractual and are not a mere recital, and each signatory warrants that he or she is competent and possesses the full and complete authority to execute and covenant to this Agreement on behalf of the Party that he or she represents.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. A unit member granted sabbatical leave without pay shall enter into a separate written contract by which they agree to return to service in MCPS for at least a one-year period immediately following the termination of the leave. If the unit member fails to return and remain in service for at least one year, they shall refund any monies paid to them or on their behalf by the Board on a prorated basis according to time served.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. This Student Housing Contract is called the "Contract" in these Terms and Conditions. When this Contract is approved and executed by the College, these Terms and Conditions are a binding contract on the student. This Contract cannot be terminated or changed without the written consent of the College. By signing this Contract, the student also agrees to observe all rules, regulations, and policies in the Student Handbook, the College Catalog, the Residence Life website and other publications of the College, which are now in effect or as may be amended from time to time. All of those rules, regulations and policies are incorporated into this Contract. The student is responsible to make sure he or she is fully familiar with these rules, regulations and policies.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Issuance of an Award Document signed by the Agency and approved as to form by the Attorney General’s office, if required, constitutes acceptance by the State of this Contract made by and between the State of West Virginia and the Vendor. Vendor’s signature on its bid, or on the Contract if the Contract is not the result of a bid solicitation, signifies Vendor’s agreement to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. (a) The Board and the Halton Secondary Unit assume no responsibility for any consequence arising out of the implementation of the Plan related to its effect on a teacher's Pension Plan provisions or income tax implications or any other employment related benefits.
(b) A teacher wishing to participate in the Plan shall be required to sign a contract supplied by the Board before final approval for participation is given.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Schools who choose to participate in a scrimmage must schedule another Indiana team. Only one scrimmage may be scheduled by any high school. Schools are implored to use good judgment and attempt to scrimmage against a team that is similar to their talent and skill level. There shall be a contract between the two schools, which will include the location, time and any financial arrangement between schools. Spectator admission into the scrimmage would be an option of the participating schools. Both schools must be in agreement with the financial arrangements prior to the scrimmage.
