Contractual pay-No summer paychecks (Default Selection). The employee’s salary shall be paid in bi-weekly payments throughout the contractual year (approximately one hundred ninety-six (196) days). Under this plan, the employee’s salary will be paid in full by the conclusion of his/her calendar and the employee shall not receive summer pay checks.
