Common use of Contractual Period Clause in Contracts

Contractual Period. The period during which the natural gas shall be supplied by the Seller and taken over by the Buyer under the terms and conditions herein is the period from the beginning of Gas Day January 1, 2023 to the end of Gas Day March 31, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).

Contractual Period. The period during which the natural gas shall be supplied by the Seller and taken over by the Buyer under the terms and conditions herein is the period from the beginning of Gas Day January April 1, 2023 2024 to the end of Gas Day March 31June 30, 2023 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).
