Common use of Contractual Period Clause in Contracts

Contractual Period. The Parties agree to the Seller supplying the Buyer with the Contractual Quantity from the beginning of Gas Day January 1, 2020 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).

Contractual Period. The Parties agree to the Seller supplying shall supply the Buyer with the Contractual Quantity from the beginning of Gas Day January July 1, 2020 2022 to the end of Gas Day December 31September 30, 2020 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).
