Common use of Contractual Period Clause in Contracts

Contractual Period. The Seller shall supply the Buyer with the Contractual Quantity from the beginning of Gas Day December 1, 2021 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).

Contractual Period. The Parties agree to the Seller shall supply supplying the Buyer with the Contractual Quantity from the beginning of Gas Day December January 1, 2021 2020 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2021 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).
