Mere submittal of Progress and Completion Schedules does not: (i) satisfy Design-Builder’s notice obligations set forth herein; (ii) modify Contract Time; or (iii) relieve Design- Builder of its obligation to meet Milestone Dates in the Project Schedule and to complete the Work within the Contract Time.
