CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP – COMMUNICATIONS WITH NEWS MEDIA AND CONSENSUAL EFFORTS AT RESOLUTION. 10.1. The Service Provider may not make a statement or furnish any information or cause any information to be furnished to any news media, on or regarding any matter relating to the contractual relationship between the parties, except with the prior written permission of the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund. 10.2. The parties agree that they shall inform each other as soon as possible about any problem relating to the contractual relationship between them that either of them may experience, and further that they shall make all reasonable effort to resolve any such problem consensually.
