Contractual Settlement Services. In accordance with the terms set out in this Section 13A, the Custodian shall credit or debit the appropriate cash account of each Fund on behalf of the applicable Portfolio in connection with the purchase of, and proceeds of the sale, maturity, redemption, income, dividends, or other disposition of, securities held for the time being on behalf of such Portfolio, on a contractual settlement basis.
