If there is a contradiction in the terms of this Agreement and Schedule A attached hereto concerning the actual amount of a particular benefit amount due the Executive under Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 or 2.5 hereof, then the actual amount of the benefit set forth in the Agreement shall control.
