Contributed Assets; Post-Closing Collateral Requirements. A Certificate from a Responsible Officer of the Linq Borrower certifying that the Contributed Assets in respect of Project Linq have been contributed to the Linq Borrower and the Linq Borrower has completed all material Post-Closing Collateral Requirements with respect to Project Linq (other than such requirements for which the Administrative Agent has extended and/or waived the relevant completion).
