Common use of Contribution Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contribution Schedule. (1) Tribal contributions made to the Arizona Benefits Fund pursuant to Section 12(0£) shall be paid quarterly to the State Gaming Agency, other thsn the amounts distributed or deposited to benefit cities, to·,ms snd eounties under Seetion 12(d). The contributions shall be calculated based on the Tribe's Class Ill Net Win for each quarter of the Gaming Facility Operator's fiscal year. Contributions shall be made no later than twenty-five (25) days after the last day of each fiscal quarter.
