By becoming a signatory, a member agency agrees to provide the Association with a total annual payment, based upon the school district’s, community college district’s, and public agency’s Average Daily Attendance, or the number of employees of the member county office of education, based on the current California Basic Educational Data System (CBEDS) data, and as set forth in the following fee schedule. This Agreement shall continue in effect as to each member unless written notification of cancellation of this Agreement is submitted to the Board not later than April 1 of any year.

In addition, JPA member Districts may acquire additional professional services such as professional development and mentoring at $175 per hour, facilitation of collective bargaining at $225 per hour.
