Common use of Control Account Clause in Contracts

Control Account. The Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

Control Account. The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section SECTION 13.3(C) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section SECTION 13.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Noteshereunder, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Payment and Disbursement Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C15.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance Borrowing and any Eurodollar Interest Period or IBOR Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Payment and Disbursement Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C) 12.3 shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement assignment and acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.312.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary Subsidiary account for each LenderLender and each Borrower, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type and currency of each Loan comprising such Advance Advance, the Borrower of such Advance, and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement assignment and acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the any Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from each of the Borrower Borrowers hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each LenderLender and each Borrower, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance made hereunder, the type and currency of each Loan comprising such Advance Advance, the Borrower of such Advance, and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement assignment and acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the any Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from each of the Borrower Borrowers hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(C13.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance Borrowing and any LIBOR Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.

The Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 13.3(CSECTION 13.1(c) shall include a control account, and a subsidiary account for each Lender, in which accounts (taken together) shall be recorded (i) the date and amount of each Advance Borrowing made hereunder, the type of Loan comprising such Advance Borrowing and any Interest Period applicable thereto, (ii) the effective date and amount of each Assignment Agreement and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and the parties thereto pursuant to Section 13.3thereto, (iii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder or under the Notes, Notes and (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower hereunder and each Lender's share thereof, and (v) all other appropriate debits and credits as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, all fees, charges, expenses and interest.
