Common use of Control Accounts Clause in Contracts

Control Accounts. The Facility Agent shall maintain on its books a control account or accounts in which shall be recorded (a) the amount and the Guilder Amount of any Advance or any Unpaid Sum and the face amount and the Guilder Amount of any Letter of Credit issued and each Bank's share therein, (b) the amount of all principal, interest and other sums due or to become due from an Obligor and each Bank's share therein and (c) the amount of any sum received or recovered by each Agent hereunder and each Bank's share therein.

Control Accounts. The Facility Agent shall maintain on its books a control account or accounts in which shall be recorded (a) the amount and the Guilder Amount of any Tranche A Advance or any Unpaid Sum and the face amount and the Guilder Amount of any Letter of Credit issued (or, as applicable, Performance Bond) and each Bank's share therein, (b) the amount (as applicable) of all principal, interest and other sums due or to become due from an Obligor and each Bank's share therein and (c) the amount of any sum received or recovered by each the Facility Agent hereunder and each Bank's share therein.
