Reports and Inspections. It will:
a. submit to the Secretary such annual or special financial and operations reports as the Secretary may reasonably request and make such reports available to the public; make available to the public at reasonable times and places a report of the airport budget in a format prescribed by the Secretary;
b. for airport development projects, make the airport and all airport records and documents affecting the airport, including deeds, leases, operation and use agreements, regulations and other instruments, available for inspection by any duly authorized agent of the Secretary upon reasonable request;
c. for noise compatibility program projects, make records and documents relating to the project and continued compliance with the terms, conditions, and assurances of this grant agreement including deeds, leases, agreements, regulations, and other instruments, available for inspection by any duly authorized agent of the Secretary upon reasonable request; and
d. in a format and time prescribed by the Secretary, provide to the Secretary and make available to the public following each of its fiscal years, an annual report listing in detail:
1) all amounts paid by the airport to any other unit of government and the purposes for which each such payment was made; and
2) all services and property provided by the airport to other units of government and the amount of compensation received for provision of each such service and property.
Reports and Inspections. It will:

b. in a format and time prescribed by the Secretary, provide to the Secretary and make available to the public following each of its fiscal years, an annual report listing in detail:
1. all amounts paid by the airport to any other unit of government and the purposes for which each such payment was made; and
2. all services and property provided by the airport to other units of government and the amount of compensation received for provision of each such service and property.
Reports and Inspections. The Contractor shall make financial, program progress and other reports as requested by XXXX or the Director of DHHS, and will arrange for on-site inspection by XXXX or DHHS representatives at the request of either.
Reports and Inspections. PI shall provide, in timely fashion, any information reasonably requested by STAR-CA or by LSI in connection with this Agreement.

Reports and Inspections. 4.1 The SERVICE PROVIDER at such times and in such forms as the CITY may require, shall furnish to the CITY such statements, records, reports, data, and information as the CITY may request pertaining to matters covered by this Agreement.
4.2 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall at any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY or State Auditor may deem necessary, make available for examination all of its records and data with respect to all matters covered, directly or indirectly, by this Agreement and shall permit the CITY or its designated authorized representative to audit and inspect other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement. The CITY shall receive a copy of all audit reports made by the agency or firm as to the SERVICE PROVIDER'S activities. The CITY may, at its discretion, conduct an audit at its expense, using its own or outside auditors, of the SERVICE PROVIDER'S activities which relate, directly or indirectly, to this Agreement.
Reports and Inspections. During the period from and including the Effective Date and through 5:00 p.m. EST on the thirtieth (30) day after the Effective Date (the “Inspection Period”), the Purchaser and its agents and representatives shall have the right to enter upon the Property for the purpose of performing such examinations and tests, including without limitation soil tests, environmental inspections, structural and roof inspections, determination of future capital needs of the Property, title examination, surveys, and determination of compliance with laws, all as the Purchaser may deem appropriate for determining the feasibility of the Property for the Purchaser’s intended use (collectively, the “Inspections”). The Purchaser covenants to repair any damage to the Property caused by such Inspections and to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any loss, cost, expense or liability incurred or sustained by the claim of any person made by reason of the Purchaser’s activities as permitted pursuant to this Section 5, save and except for any reduction of value of the Property resulting from the discovery of any hazardous or toxic wastes and substances on, or defects to, the Property. The foregoing covenant shall survive any termination of this Agreement. If the Purchaser determines the Property is unacceptable to the Purchaser for any reason, as determined by the Purchaser in its sole and absolute discretion, the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by giving the Seller written notice of such termination in accordance with the requirements of Section 12.4 prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period. If Purchaser so terminates this Agreement for any reason, Purchaser agrees to furnish Seller with copies of all engineering and environmental reports and studies that Purchaser has had prepared concerning the Property, its status, and its possible uses, including but not limited to any site plans and any Phase I Report. Upon such termination by the Purchaser, the Deposit shall be returned to the Purchaser and neither party hereto shall have a claim against the other under this Agreement, except for any claims of the Seller against the Purchaser under this Section 5.
Reports and Inspections. (1) The Central Bank may, for the purposes of this Agreement, request that the Credit Guarantee Corporation and Participating Lenders to submit reports or other information, or cause to be inspected the status of operations, books and documents or other necessary matters.
(2) Requests for information from Participating Lenders under paragraph (1) shall be limited to information relating to providing loans to qualifying borrowers.
Reports and Inspections. A. CONTRACTOR agrees to submit to the COUNTY the following reports at the times prescribed below. Failure to submit required reports may be considered a breach of this contract and may result in the COUNTY withholding payment until the required reports are submitted and/or until invocation of the Corrective Action procedures in Section XIV (Corrective Action).
B. CONTRACTOR shall provide the County Administrative Officer (CAO) a quarterly report of services rendered by CONTRACTOR during the previous calendar quarter. The report shall be submitted within ten working days after the end of said calendar quarter and shall include:
1. The number of cases by type to which CONTRACTOR has been appointed during that quarter.
2. The number of open cases distinguished between misdemeanor, felony, juvenile, and other types of cases.
3. For each case closed, the type of case (felony, misdemeanor, etc.)
4. Disposition of cases by the following categories: Pleas, trials, diversions, dismissals, and other.
5. The number of cases in which CONTRACTOR has declared a conflict.
C. Bar Complaints: CONTRACTOR hall immediately notify the COUNTY in writing if the CONTRACTOR becomes aware that a complaint lodged with the State Bar Association has resulted in the public or private reproval, suspension, or disbarment of any attorney providing services under this Contract. In the event of a report of a private reproval, COUNTY shall maintain confidentiality of said report to the extent permitted by law.
