Common use of Control and Administration of the Trust Property Clause in Contracts

Control and Administration of the Trust Property. The control and administration of the Trust Property and the right to conduct the affairs of the Trust are vested exclusively in the Trustees and the Unitholders shall have no rights therein other than the rights specifically set forth in this Contract of Trust and they shall have no right to compel any partition, division, dividend or distribution of the Trust Property or any of the other assets of the Trust, except as specifically provided herein. The Units shall be movable property and shall confer upon the holders thereof only the interest and rights specifically set forth in this Contract of Trust.
