Common use of Control by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Control by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Building any person who, in the judgment of Landlord is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner act in violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Building.
