Control for FOIPP Purposes. All materials, documents, records or other information provided by the Region to the Operator or generated by the Operator in relation to the performance of the Services for the Region shall remain under the control of the Region for the purposes of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Alberta) or any successor or supplementary legislation.
