Common use of CONTROL OF COMMON AREAS Clause in Contracts

CONTROL OF COMMON AREAS. Subject to the terms of Section 28.1, Landlord shall have the exclusive control over the Common Areas. Landlord may, from time to time, create different Common Areas, close or otherwise modify the Common Areas, and modify the Building Rules and Regulations with respect thereto.
