Common use of Control of Loss Clause in Contracts

If commercially feasible, all policies of insurance required to be maintained pursuant to this Attachment O, wherein more than one insurer provides the coverage on any single policy, shall have a clause (or a separate agreement among the insurers) wherein all insurers have agreed that the lead insurers shall have full settlement authority on behalf of the other insurers.
