Common use of Control of the Company's Operations Clause in Contracts

Control of the Company's Operations. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall give SBC, directly or indirectly, rights to control or direct the Company's operations prior to the Effective Time. Prior to the Effective Time, the Company shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision of its operations.
