Common use of Control Person Clause in Contracts

Control Person. The phrase “control person” means a person who has significant responsibility to control, manage or direct a busi- ness. We may refer to this person as a “control person” in our rec- ords to assist us in providing excellent service and managing our products and services for the business. Control Person. The phrase “control personControl Person” means shall mean a person Person or group of Persons who has significant responsibility the power, directly or indirectly, to controlelect a majority of the directors of the General Partner or has the power, manage directly or indirectly, to direct a busi- ness. We may refer to this person as a “control person” in our rec- ords to assist us in providing excellent service the affairs of the General Partner; provided, however, that if no Person or group of Persons has the power described above through stock ownership, the Control Person shall be the Person holding the title of chief executive officer or other title of comparable authority and managing our products and services power of the General Partner; provided, further, that at the Effective Time, Xxxxx X.
