Controlled Substances Test. No ▇▇▇▇ Public Schools employee shall refuse to submit to (1) a post-accident alcohol or controlled substances test, (2) a random alcohol or controlled substances test, (3) a reasonable suspicion alcohol or controlled substances test, or (4) a follow- up alcohol or controlled substances test.
Controlled Substances Test. The covered employee must be tested for controlled substances as soon as possible, but no later than thirty-two (32) hours after the accident.
